Enterprise Division and TS Ellexson Wrap Up a Successful Season of Recruitment Events

Over the past several months, cadets from Enterprise Division and TS Ellexson have proudly represented the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps at a series of community outreach and recruitment events across the Bay Area.

Our recruitment season began with the U.S. Navy Reserve Family Day, followed by outreach at Reid-Hillview Airport Family Day and the Montalvo Arts Center. Cadets continued their public engagement at Fleet Week San Francisco, where they served in the Color Guard and supported activities honoring the historic WWII submarine USS Pampanito. Each of these events gave our cadets the opportunity to share the Sea Cadet mission and inspire future generations of maritime leaders.

We concluded our recruitment season with a strong showing at the Women’s Leadership and Policy Summit at San José State University, where our cadets represented the Corps with professionalism and pride. This powerful event brought together community leaders, advocates, and changemakers — offering our cadets firsthand exposure to leadership, civic engagement, and advocacy in action.

We are incredibly proud of our cadets for demonstrating initiative, teamwork, and the highest standards of conduct at every event. Each experience continues to strengthen their confidence, build leadership skills, and reinforce the core values of honor, courage, and commitment.
