• 2025 Plan of the Year

    Enterprise Division and TS Ellexson

Below are the scheduled drills and activities for Enterprise Division and T.S. Ellexson for the calendar year. All dates are subject to change. All activities will be announced with details and logistics roughly one month prior to the event. Several offsite and overnight events will require a sign-up form. Those details and forms will be provided via email prior to the activity.

Normal drills take place at Navy Reserve Center (NRC) in San Jose, CA. Normal drills are 8:00am to 2:00pm unless stated otherwise. Details and the Plan of the Day will be emailed to cadets and parents typically on the Wednesday preceding the scheduled normal drill.

Offsite activities are italicized for your attention. Attendance requirements are that all cadets attend 75% of drills and scheduled activities. If a cadet elapses 6 months without meeting this requirement and without discussing conflicts with the Commanding Officer, he/she may be subject to removal from the program or ineligibility for fun activities, at the CO’s discretion.

Make-up drills must be approved in advance. Request form should be submitted prior to each drill, not after, unless it’s due to an emergency.

  • Coursework (Quarterdeck) Instructions

    QUARTERDECK - USER GUIDE

Once you've been officially enrolled, you'll get an email from the Commanding Officer with your ID number. You'll want to create your online profile with Quarterdeck, our online management system. This is where you'll see your awards, complete coursework and promotion exams, view your ribbons, and look up and apply for trainings.

    1. Go to quarterdeck.seacadets.org
    2. Click "First Time User? Click here to register."
    3. Complete the registration form. Your USNSCC ID will be provided via email by the commanding officer or admin officer
    4. Once signed in, explore the portal and feel free to start the coursework!

You will also be able to sign up for trainings in this portal. The Parent Portal and cadet portal will need to be linked to sign up for trainings.

New parents will be required to do a one-time enrollment into the Parent Portal. This process will include having your cadet’s ID card on hand as the ID number is needed to link to your account. Currently, only the Primary Parent is permitted to register for a Parent Portal. The Primary Parent is the one listed as Parent #1 when the cadet's application was submitted. If we need to change the primary parent, please email Admin Officer: ao.121ent@seacadets.org

The Primary Parent will then fill out the medical history, medication forms, and acknowledge parental consents and releases as they would in the paper file. Once completed, parents will no longer be required to update the paper NSCADM001 pages 3 and 4 (Medical History) within 30 days of the training, as previously required. This will also allow you to update medical information quickly and efficiently for the home unit and training evolution. Once you complete these forms, you can locate the desired training and click “Apply.” If your cadet meets all of the basic requirements, the application will move to the unit staff for registration. Trainings fill up fast – do not wait to apply.
