This weekend, our cadets had the privilege of serving lunch and supporting the orientation for the veterans preparing for their upcoming Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. at American Legion Post 419.
These veterans will soon embark on a powerful journey to visit the war memorials that stand in tribute to their service and sacrifice. It was an honor for our cadets to give back in a small way—by lending a hand, showing gratitude, and ensuring our heroes felt appreciated and supported.
To all the veterans preparing for this unforgettable experience: thank you for your courage, your stories, and your service. Safe travels, and know that you carry our deepest respect with you.
